1. You promise to consciously abide by your local laws, regulations and ethics.
2. You promise that once you are found to have any illegal activities (including but not limited to pornography, gambling, drugs and fraud), we will immediately delete the domain name without refund.
3. You promise that all information you provide is true and valid. If your information is not true, we have the right to delete the domain name immediately without refund.
4. You promise that if your behavior causes us or other third parties to suffer losses, we have the right to make further recourse against you.
5. We do not undertake any responsibilities of verification and arbitration. If you have any infringement disputes with other third parties, you should negotiate or resort to the court on your own, which has nothing to do with us.
6. You must pay the domain name service fee on time, otherwise we have the right to delete the domain name at any time.
7. If we are unable to provide domain name service normally due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters,. HM Registration Bureau policy adjustment, etc.), we will refund according to the remaining time of domain name, but we will not bear any other responsibility.

1、您承诺自觉遵守当地法律法规和道德规范。
2、您承诺一经被发现有违法违规行为（包括但不于色情，赌博，毒品，诈骗），我方将立即删除域名，且不退款，并保留进一步追索的权利。
3、你承诺所有提供的所有信息真实，完整，有效。如因你方信息不实导致纠纷，我方有权利立即删除域名，且不予退款，并保留进一步追索的权利。
4、你承诺如你方行为导致我方或者其它第三方蒙受损失的时候，我方有权向你方进行进一步追索。
5、你承诺我方不承担任何核查和仲裁职责，如果你方与其他第三方发生侵权纠纷，应自行协商或者诉诸于法院，与我方无关。
6、你必需按时缴纳域名服务费用，否则我方有权随时删除域名。
7、由于不可抗力（包括但不限于自然灾害，.hm注册局政策调整等）导致我方无法正常提供域名服务的，我方将按照域名剩余时长折算后进行退款，但我方不承担其它任何责任。
